We implement a values based recruitment process in order to:

• Focus on identifying and portraying our personalities and unique characteristics of ourselves and our chapters

• "No Frills": NPC best practice means there is nothing added to the recruitment process, instead we are showcasing our distinct values.

• We want girls, who are going through the process, to have a good understanding of what their values are in life so they can potentially join a chapter that aligns with those values that enhances their experience throughout and beyond their college years.
